Vincent did an outstanding job in getting our home sold. He assessed our home and made recommendations to get our home prepped for sale. We followed his suggestions and had weekly check-ims with Vincent (OT). Further complicating our situation was our move to a new state and starting a business. Vincent took all that I to consideration and staged two open houses and within days we received several offers and agreed to sell our home at a nice premium. OT, also known as "Mr. Fantastic" was patient, kind, resourceful, responsive and knowledgeable about not only the home buying process but also everything from the neighborhood, the community, and the people living within it. I cannot tell you how many times my husband I went to view houses with him and there was someone shaking his hand or waving to him.
